In Connecticut we cover Fairfield County. Our clients include Banks, Mortgage Brokers, Attorneys and Real Estate Brokers. As well as Bank appraisals we handle Estates, Divorces, Tax Grievenaces, and property mediation and consultation.

During these challenging times in Real Estate our ­­in-depth experience with single family homes, co-ops, condominiums and multi-family properties is balanced with the knowledge of the latest computer ­­soft­ware and of all Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD-FHA guidelines.
